FREE SHIPPING VIA METROWIDE COURIER ON ALL ORDERS P2999 AND UP!

Local Shipping We ship all orders using Metrowide Courier and LBC only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: PLEASE READ THIS! DO NOT SKIP!

* We strongly suggest to use LBC directly for shipping packages outside Metro Manila. We added back the cheaper option for provincial shipping via Metrowide courier for clients who do not want to pay LBC rates. 

*If you are located outside Metro Manila and would like to use METROWIDE COURIER,  PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION. Metrowide uses LBC as their subcrontractor in provincial areas, if you give an incomplete address, LBC will return the package to sender without calling us or the recipient and we will have to go through all the hurdles of updating your address to be able to send the package back to you. WE WILL NOT REFUND ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US DUE TO THE CUSTOMER'S FAILURE TO PROVIDE THEIR COMPLETE ADDRESS. 

* As a customer, it is your duty to give us the correct address, and provide landmarks. If your address has a block number and lot number, include everything even if you think that your area no longer uses "lot numbers or block numbers". 

* If your address does not have a house number, provide addtional landmarks.

* If you know that your location is hard to find, provide detailed landmarkS and description on how to locate your address.

* If you are unsure whether someone will be home to receive the package, opt for LBC SHIPPING option and have it picked up at an LBC branch near you.

When will my order be shipped?

* Please take note that the ship-out, handling times, transit times and delivery times listed below are estimates and were not published to mislead clients. We try our best to follow our schedule, ship and prepare all packages the fastest possible time, but the rate on how fast you will receive your orders varies per situation.

Orders placed with automated CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL CHECKOUT EXPRESS payments: Estimated schedule

• paid by 2pm  Monday to Friday - Same day Shipping 
• paid past 2pm Monday to Friday- Next business day.
• paid by 12 noon Saturday - Same Day Shipping
• paid past 12 noon of Saturday and on Sunday - Monday Shipping

Orders placed with bank payments and Money transfers:  Estimated schedule

• Confirmed payment by 2pm Monday to Friday- Same Day Shipping
• Confrimed Payment past 2pm Monday to Friday- Next business day
• Confirmed payment on Saturday &  Sunday- Monday Shipping
• All orders paid by 2pm will be shipped the same day.

Rush Shipping

• We donot encourange Rush shipping but we do try our best to meet your desired delivery date. We will not be held responsible for delayed delivery. Please order in advance at least 3 days before you need an item if you are located in Metro Manila, and 5 days if you live outside Metro Manila.
• What we can only guarantee is to ship your order the same day that you paid, once we confirm that same day shipping is possible for your order.
• Please refer to the shipping transit and delivery times and make sure to order in advance, and pay on time to avoid delay

Discreet Packing

• We ship all orders in discreet packaging making sure your privacy is protected.
• We ship all orders without any mention of "lucky Doll Lingerie" and declare package as "clothes" or " accessories".

Free Shipping

• All orders amounting to Php3000 and up excluding Shipping Amount are eligible for Free Shipping through Metrowide Courier only.
• All Free Shipping orders are delivered door to door. If you want to have your order picked up at an LBC branch, you will need to upgrade to LBC.
• Free Shipping is not applicable on gifts to be delivered in the Philippines, ordered by clients outside the country. To make sure recipients will receive gifts on time,, we use LBC expedited shipping by default.

Worldwide shipping available We ship all our products worldwide. shipping charge is based on order weight. To get a shipping estimate for orders outside the Philippines, please email us with the list of products you wish to order so we can weigh and provide Shipping amount.

For International Clients: How to send gift to anyone in the Philippines:

• Just place an order here in our website. Provide your information under the "billing address" and the recipient's complete address and mobile number under the "Shipping Address" form.
• We accept international payments through Credit Card, Paypal or Western Union. (Credit card payments are received through Paypal with extra charges. Please see bwelow)
• We will only use LBC shipping for all International clients ordering gifts to be delivered within the Philippines. This is to make sure that there will be no problems with the delivery.
• IMPORTANT: Please make sure to provide a working mobile number of the recipient and a confirmed address.
• After placing your order, kindly email us at luckydollstore@gmail.com so we can send you the credit card invoice.
• Trackingnumbers will be updated after the package has been shipped out.
