Manila Showroom Pick-up : All our products posted on our webstore is also available at our showroom in Manila except for some of our brassieres, panties and shapers. Please advise us with the color, style and size before coming to pick up the items at the shop. We only accept Cash payments at the showroom unless you would like to pre pay order through Paypal/Credit card online.
How To Order Online - Webstore
Browse and click the product category you want to view.
Choose the product by clicking on the photo or the item name. Point the mouse pointer to the product photo to zoom in the image. Type in the number of the item you wished to purchase in the quantity box. click "|Add to Shopping Bag" to purchase the item. Click Continue if you want to shop for more items and Click Proceed to Checkout if you are done shopping.
Once you are redirected to the secure checkout page, click "Register an account" then continue if you wish to create an account that will allow you to view your order histor and create a wish list. With a Luckydollstore.com account, you can login and save products in your shopping cart for later checkout. If you do not wish to create an account, click "check out as guest" and continue to the billing and shipping page. If you have created an account before but forgot your user name or password, simply email us your name and request and we will reset your account and provide a new password for you.
Type in your billing details. If Shipping address is the same with the billing address, click the button "Bill and Ship to this Address"
Choose your shipping method. Click store pick-up if you wish to pick-up your order at our Manila showroom.
If you have a gift card, promo coupon code or Gift certificate code, type the code at the Blank then click apply, and the discount, monetary value of your gift card will be automatically deducted to your total. Choose your mode of payment and fill in the Order Comments with instructions or note. Click the box "Yes I agree"after reading our terms of sale. Click proceed to payment to Confrim your order.
Your order number and payment details will be displayed once your order is successfully placed. Please wait for us to contact you via mobile or email within 24 hours. It is important for you to wait for our confirmation before paying, to ensure that all your orders are complete and that the shipping charge calculated by the webstore is correct.
