For those in Rizal, you’re welcome to arrange your own Lalamove or Grab pick-up for added convenience. Just make sure to place your order online before our 5 PM cut-off, and you’ll have your package in no time. Because who likes waiting when you’re ready to slay?
How Do I Get Free Shipping?
It’s easy! All orders over P2999 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping nationwide. Standard shipping takes 2-3 days for delivery. Please note, Free Shipping is not applicable to Same Day Delivery orders. But if you're in a hurry, you can always upgrade to Same Day Delivery for faster service!
Is it really 100% Discreet Shipping & Delivery?
Yes! We highly value our customers' privacy. Rest assured, your order will arrive with no store name or item name on the waybill, and no one will be able to guess the contents of your package. It will be shipped in a blank, opaque pouch with no marks or branding. For provincial locations, all items shipped via LBC will have the order declared as "clothes and accessories," with the sender listed as one of our staff members. Your privacy is our priority!
What is your Lingerie Return Policy?
We want you to absolutely love every piece you order! If for any reason you’re not completely in love with your purchase, no worries! You can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is in brand-new condition with the tags uncut and intact—this keeps things fresh and hygienic for everyone.
Please note, items marked as Clearance or Last Chance are non-returnable.
