STEP 1 Choose the product by clicking the photo or the item name.
STEP 2 Click the + or - sign to add or reduce the product quantity of the item you want to add in your shopping cart. Simply click the ¨Size chart¨ icon to view the Sizing chart and measuring guide. Click ¨Add to Cart¨ to add the product to your shopping cart. If you want to buy the product at a later time, add it to your wish list and our website will automatically create your very own wish list accessible when you create a account at the website.
STEP 3 Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT when you are done shopping. If you have a Paypal account, you can directly checkout and pay through Paypal by clicking the yellow button that says ¨Checkout with Paypal¨. If you want to add browse and shop for more products, click CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you want to view your cart to edit the quantity of the items , remove a product or check the content of your cart, click VIEW OR EDIT YOUR CART button.
STEP 4 Once you are redirected to our Secure One Page Checkout page, type your email address on the email address field. Click the CONTINUE AS GUEST button if this is your first time to order and have no existing account. If you have created an account before, simply click the ¨Sign in Now¨ link highlighted in blue.
The Order summary on the right panel of the checkout page shows the content of your cart, shipping charge, deducted discounts, if applicable and your final total. The shipping charge will be computed and visible once you have provided your shipping address.
STEP 5 SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Type your Shipping details with zip code. Tick the box if your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If you are ordering a gift to be delivered to a friend or a loved one, untick the box and input the delivery address of the recipient in the Shipping field. The billing field where you will need to input your details will show on the next step.
If you have an existing promo code or Gift certificate code, Click the Promo/ Gift Certificate link highlighted in blue and input your code. The cart will automatically calculate any discount or code under the Order Summary.
STEP 6 Choose your preferred shipping method by clicking the radio button on the left panel. Type your commenst and remarks on the order comments field. Click CONTINUE to proceed onto the next step.
STEP 7 BILLING INFORMATION:
The summary of your billing information will show under the billing field. Click Edit to change and correct your information, if there is any error. Click the radio button next to your preferred mode of payment. The payment details will be shown on the last page. Read the ordering terms and conditions by clicking the link highlighted in blue. Tick the box if you agree with the store policies then click the blue button PLACE ORDER to submit your finalized order.
STEP 8 Your order number and payment details will be displayed once your order is successfully placed. You will also receive a copy of your order including the payment details and instructions in your email.
Customers can checkout as guests and are not required to create an account. However, creating an account will allow you to store your details for faster checkout next time your order. Should you decide to create an account, simply type a password and confirmation and click the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
We have online and offline payment options for your convenience. Payment cutoff time is 1pm for same day ship-out.

How to Send your Proof of Payment:
We will only ship orders with confirmed payments.

Payment Cutoff Time
All orders with confirmed payment by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Immediate payment is expected on orders placed at our website. Orders without payment will be automatically cancelled after 3 days.
If you paid using your credit card or debit card, refund will be processed and will go back straight to the credit card or Debit card used. Debit card payment refunds will usually take longer time to appear than credit cards depending on your card issuer. We process all credit card and debit card payments via Paypal.
The moment a Refund has been initiated, Paypal instantly remove these funds from our account as a seller and process the transfer.
If you paid via credit card or debit card, PayPal will credit the funds back to your card. While PayPal sends the money back immediately, your card company may take up to 48 hours to claim the funds. After that, they allow themselves up to 30 days to apply the credit to your account. How long this portion takes is up to your card issuer. However, most card issuers are very understanding about credits and will apply them much, much sooner. For more information on how long it takes for your card issuer to apply credits, please contact your card issuer.

Dispatch / Shipping - The time your package is released from our headquarters and transferred to the courier.
Shipping Terms and Definitions
Transit time - The travel time of your package while on courier's possession. Day 1 starts a day after the shipping date.
Delivery - the time when your package is actually delivered to your doorstep
Order Fulfillment/ Handling Time - the time it takes for us to prepare, collect and pack your orders for shipping.
Tracking Number - The control number issued to trace the location of packages.
Same Day Delivery - Order will be picked up and delivered to the customer within the day.
When will my order be shipped?
We try our best to dispatch all orders paid by 1 pm on the same day.
All packages will have an available tracking number, except for Same day deliveries. Please note that part of our responsibility is to help our customers follow up with the courier in case of delays and status update requests. However customers are responsible for tracking the package and updating the courier in case they need additional information.
- Same Day Delivery within Metro Manila is now available. Only orders paid by 1pm are eligible for Same day delivery. There is no exact delivery time. Delivery time is from 1 pm to 9pm.
- We ship all orders in discreet packaging without any mention of our brand on the waybill, and with the products declared as "clothes" and "accessories".
- All orders amounting to Php 2999 and up excluding Shipping Amount are eligible for Free Shipping through Metrowide Courier only.
- All Free Shipping orders are delivered door to door. If you want to have your order picked up at an LBC branch, you will need to upgrade to LBC.
- Free Shipping is not applicable on gifts to be delivered in the Philippines ordered by clients outside the country. To make sure recipients will receive gifts on time,, we will use LBC expedited shipping by default.

For International Clients: How to send gift to anyone in the Philippines:
- Just place an order here in our website. Provide your information under the "billing address" and the recipient's complete address and mobile number under the "Shipping Address" form.
- We accept international payments through Credit Card, Paypal or Western Union. (Credit card payments are received through Paypal with extra charges. Please see below)
- We will only use LBC shipping for all International clients ordering gifts to be delivered within the Philippines. This is to make sure that there will be no problems with the delivery.
- IMPORTANT: Please make sure to provide a working mobile number of the recipient and a confirmed address.
- After placing your order, kindly email us at email@example.com so we can send you the credit card invoice.
- Tracking numbers will be updated after the package has been shipped out.

- As a customer, it is your duty to give us the correct address, and provide landmarks. If your address has a block number and lot number, include everything even if you think that your area no longer uses lot numbers or block numbers.

Your Lingerie will arrive in a special high quality resealable plastic you can reuse to store and protect your lingerie.
We wrap the toys in bubble wrap and add a few pieces of crumpled balls of plastic and paper, to conceal the shape of the toy from the outside. Your gossiping officemate won't be able to tell or guess the content of your package!
Our package will arrive in a boring plastic pouch, but rest assured, you will be excited with what's inside!
Please inspect all the goods you ordered as soon as you’ve opened the package. Do not: damage the original packaging, cut or remove the tags, try-on the panties, stockings, & other accessories included in your set of purchase until you know that the item you received has no damage and that it properly fits.
We thoroughly check all products for damage before dispatch, but in the rare case that we overlook and sent you a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. We will shoulder all the return and replacement expenses and correct the error the soonest. If there is no attempt to contact us via mobile or email within 3 days, all items are deemed correct and received without any problems.
Items that are not returned in original condition, with obvious signs of use are subject to NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO STORE CREDIT and will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.

RETURN REASONS WITH RESTOCKING FEES:
What is a restocking fee? A percentage of the item price will be charged for returning items received correctly as ordered, but will be returned by the buyer due to the reasons below. This fee must be paid before a customer’s replacement request is processed.
- buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item in pristine condition with tags attached & within the 7 days return window - 30% restocking fee, 70% Refund or store credit.

- Cosmetics and make up, body creams, lotions, perfumes, lubricants, and sex toys
- Ball gags and Bondage accessories for the mouth and genitals
- Items without tags, cut tags, reattached tags and not in original packaging
- Worn items declared as unused but returned soiled, stained and with signs of wear.
- items that have been laundered / washed.
- Items with lotion, glitter, reeking with smell of perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke & pet hair.
- All items purchased on Sale, Final Sale or in reduced price. All items sold on Clearance are FINAL SALE.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME - Replacement, are processed within 48 hours from receiving the returned items at the Lucky Doll Headquarters
RETURN REFUSAL - Lucky Doll has the right to refuse all returned items which did not meet the conditions listed in our Return Policy. Return Request should be made via your online account for faster processing. Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the package. Please submit a return request and do not send back items without notifying us or you will risk losing your package.
Item in Original Condition - as defined: items that are unworn, complete with tags and accessories such as the gstring thongs etc. Packaged in original packaging with hang tags, label, insert cards,sticker labels, plastic or carton, zip locks or boxes.
Reimbursement on Returned Items - Damaged items returned are eligible for Exchange and store credit. At the event that a replacement is not available and the client does not wish to get any replacement, a refund will be issued to the client in cash through Banco De Oro, BPI, Metrobank only if order is paid through over the counter bank deposit. If paid via credit card/Paypal, payment will be refunded through Paypal/ back to the issuing credit cards. Store Credit may also be issued depending on the client's choice.
Store Credits - are amount added to a client's Lucky Doll account with monetary value that a customer can use to shop for products in the webstore. Store credits doesn't expire.
How to submit a RETURN REQUEST if you are a client with a Luckydollstore.com account:
1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account
2.) Navigate to the Completed Orders section, Choose your order with an item to return, and click on the Return Item(s) button
3.) In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comment fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
4.) After receiving a notification that your return request has been authorized and approved, follow the instructions by returning the package to the office address mentioned in the email, and by sending the package under the same Name your order is in.
5:) Your returned item will be inspected and the replacement will be dispatched as soon as the returned item is received.
