Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10AM–7PM (excluding Sundays and holidays). On ordinary days, most orders are processed within 1–2 hours. During peak events (Valentine's Day, Halloween, Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.

Unpaid orders can only be reserved for up to 3 days. After that, the system will automatically cancel your order. Orders are picked and packed only after payment is confirmed.

International Clients

ID verification required for first-time buyers. Two options:

  • Option 1: Choose "FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Pay via PayPal or Credit Card." Wait for a separate invoice emailed within 24 hours. ID required for verification.
  • Option 2: Choose "INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: XOOM by PayPal." No ID verification required. Payment is not real-time and may take 3–12 hours to appear in our bank account.

Return & Exchange Policy

10-Day Return Window

Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

️ Item Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with complete packaging and intact hang tags. Keep tags uncut for your return to be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

❌ Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or noticed a defect? We'll replace your order at no extra cost — or issue a full refund.

Not Happy With Your Purchase?

If you're simply not in love with your lingerie, you may return it for store credit.

Sizing Issues

Got the wrong fit? We'll gladly replace your item with a better size. Just provide your measurements and we'll handle the rest.

Our Promise: For approved exchanges due to damage, wrong items, or size issues, Lucky Doll will cover the entire cost of replacement.
⚠️ Pro Tip
Make sure to try on your purchase before cutting any tags when you receive your package. Only remove the tags once you're sure you're happy with the item and the fit is perfect.

How to Submit a Return Request

Log In to Your Account

Go to My Account and navigate to the Completed Orders section.

Find Your Order

Choose the order with the item to return and click the "Return Item(s)" button.

Fill in Return Details

Select the items using the Qty. to Return dropdown, choose your Return Reason, Return Action, and add a Comment. Click "Submit Return Request."

Ship the Package Back

After your request is approved, follow the email instructions and return the package to our office address. Ship it under the same name as your order.

Receive Your Replacement

Your returned item will be inspected and the replacement dispatched as soon as it is received.

⚠️ PayPal Fee Policy
PayPal recently changed their policy and does not refund transaction fees to sellers when an order is cancelled. If you change your mind after paying with PayPal, your refund will be deducted the PayPal fee charged to us. To avoid this: consider exchanging the product instead, or accept store credit.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, you can choose to:

  • Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund, or
  • Receive store credit depending on what's most convenient for you

PayPal requires a trackable courier waybill as proof of shipping. Same day delivery services like Lalamove and GrabExpress only provide screenshots, which PayPal does not recognise as valid shipping proof. To protect both you and us, we only accept Credit Card and PayPal for orders shipped via standard couriers with proper waybills.
Absolutely not. All orders ship in plain, unbranded opaque courier pouches. The waybill only states "Clothes & Accessories." No Lucky Doll branding or product names appear anywhere on the outside of your package. Sex toy orders are additionally double-wrapped so the shape cannot be identified.

Yes — sizing exchanges are fully supported. Just make sure the item is unworn and the tags are still attached. Submit a return request through My Account, and once your return is received, we will dispatch the correct size right away. Lucky Doll covers the full replacement cost for approved size exchanges.

Yes! Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. You can add a gift box and custom message card to your order — we will pack and prepare it as a gift. The parcel will arrive in discreet packaging with no pricing information included. For same day gift delivery in Metro Manila, order before 4PM.
