Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10AM–7PM (excluding Sundays and holidays). On ordinary days, most orders are processed within 1–2 hours. During peak events (Valentine's Day, Halloween, Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.
Free Shipping
✓ Orders ₱2,999 and up Standard Shipping Only- Applicable on orders ₱2,999 and above
- All Free Shipping orders are shipped via Standard (GoGo Express) only
- Metro Manila delivery: 2–3 business days
- Provincial areas: 2–5 business days
- Free Shipping does not apply to Same Day Delivery — Same Day is a paid upgrade and forfeits the Free Shipping promotion
Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila)
Metro Manila Only Cutoff: 4PM- Available within Metro Manila only
- Please allow 1–2 hours for us to prepare your order before dispatch
- Credit card and PayPal payments are NOT applicable for same-day delivery
- Only confirmed payments are packed and readied for dispatch
- We call or text customers before dispatching
- We book via Lalamove, GrabExpress, or our own rider
- Delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location
- The recipient must be present and able to answer calls/texts upon delivery
- We cannot deliver to non-residential or temporary locations (restaurants, cafes, etc.) where you will only be for a few hours
- For condominium or hotel lobbies, please specify at checkout and inform your front desk
- We deliver to motels and hotels discreetly — your privacy is always respected

How to Pay with Credit Card
Philippine Clients
ID verification required for first-time buyers. Choose the option "Pay via PayPal/Credit Card payments." You do not need to create a PayPal account to use your credit card.
International Clients
ID verification required for first-time buyers. Two options:
- Option 1: Choose "FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Pay via PayPal or Credit Card." Wait for a separate invoice emailed within 24 hours. ID required for verification.
- Option 2: Choose "INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: XOOM by PayPal." No ID verification required. Payment is not real-time and may take 3–12 hours to appear in our bank account.
How to Send Proof of Payment
Take a screenshot or clear photo of your transfer and email it to payments@luckydollstore.com
Forward the transfer confirmation text directly to 0917 529 3656. This is a payment notification number only — for inquiries, contact us at 0995 333 2820.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with complete packaging and intact hang tags. Keep tags uncut for your return to be accepted.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Received the wrong item or noticed a defect? We'll replace your order at no extra cost — or issue a full refund.
If you're simply not in love with your lingerie, you may return it for store credit.
Got the wrong fit? We'll gladly replace your item with a better size. Just provide your measurements and we'll handle the rest.
How to Submit a Return Request
Log In to Your Account
Go to My Account and navigate to the Completed Orders section.
Find Your Order
Choose the order with the item to return and click the "Return Item(s)" button.
Fill in Return Details
Select the items using the Qty. to Return dropdown, choose your Return Reason, Return Action, and add a Comment. Click "Submit Return Request."
Ship the Package Back
After your request is approved, follow the email instructions and return the package to our office address. Ship it under the same name as your order.
Receive Your Replacement
Your returned item will be inspected and the replacement dispatched as soon as it is received.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
May take 5–7 business days to reflect on your card statement.
Usually appear within 24–48 hours.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, you can choose to:
- Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund, or
- Receive store credit depending on what's most convenient for you
