How to Measure Bust manually, to find your correct bra size
Step 1: Measure your underbust (ribcage, just under the bust). This gives your band size.
Step 2: Measure your bust at nipple level (the fullest part).
Step 3: Subtract your underbust from your bust to find the cup difference.
Step 4: Use the charts below to determine your band and cup sizes.
Example Manual Computation:
Underbust = 74 cm ➜ Band = 34. Bust = 91 cm ➜ Difference = 17 cm ➜ Cup = D. Final size = 34D
