Order cut off time for Metro Manila Same Day Delivery is at 3pm. There is no exact delivery time. Arrival time depends on the availability of our in house riders and third party ride hailing services.

Keep those tags intact, resist the urge to cut the tags before trying on any undies or stockings and until you're sure everything's tip-top.
If, by some cosmic twist, you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us right away Sugar! We'll handle the return and replacement expenses.
