If you're not completely smitten and happy with your purchase, don't fret! You can return or exchange any item within a 7-day period from the date you receive your order, just as long as those tags are still attached, uncut and looking pristine.
However, just a heads up, All items purchased on sale or marked down are like those forbidden fruits - final sale, darling!
Keep those tags intact, resist the urge to cut the tags before trying on any undies or stockings and until you're sure everything's tip-top.
If, by some cosmic twist, you receive a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to us right away Sugar! We'll handle the return and replacement expenses.
